Annual CAS Labor Day Weekend Event:
The Blue Hill Regulators held their Annual CAS Labor Day weekend on August 30th and 31st of this year and it was a great time.   It was a two day event with plenty of extra activities meant to entertain our members.
Day 1:
The first day was our "regular" CAS with all the extras that you have come to expect from Blue Hill:  6 stages, door prizes (given out at lunch so everyone is present), costume contest, and dining out in costume at a local restaurant.  Scores: click here
Day 2:
The second day was Dangerous Dan's brainchild, a blackpowder Only shoot which will include a three stage Plainsman shoot and 2 side shoots each for shotgun, pistol, and rifle.  You can shoot either or both days.   Scores: click here

The "Posse" meets for the mandatory safety briefing before moving out.

Those new fangled cameras are getting more complicated all the time -- local press covers the shoot and shows how much fun it is.
